This is the traditional Highlands Blue best grade beans Roasted to "Cafe" level - Dark side of Medium. The caramelised beans cut nicely through the milk producing a good body, chocolate to licorice notes with a plesant after-taste. Best suited for cafe and espresso based preparations.
