How do I place an order?

Simply select items from the store and add to your cart. ​​Alternately, call our friendly staff to order by phone. We can keep your details and ordering preference at hand to allow easy ordering in future.

 
 
Payment and Shipping

All prices are shown in Australian Dollars ($AUD).

Credit card transactions are processed securely online through the Virtual Payment gateway. We do not store credit card details. ​Payment can also be made by phone or online using credit cards or EFT. Orders received before 2pm will be dispatched same day. After we receive your unpaid order, an invoice will be issued to you as confirmation of your transaction and payment applied as you prefer,

 
 
Secure Ordering & Your Information

We use a variety of physical and electronic security measures including restricting access to our firewalls and secure databases to keep personal information secure from misuse, loss or unauthorised use or disclosure. In addition, all employees are required, as a condition of employment, to treat personal information held by Taste of Paradise as confidential. The Internet is not a secure environment. If you use the Internet to send us any information, including your email address, it is sent at your own risk.

 
 
Returns & Refunds
 

If you change your mind then simply call us to arrange cancellation of your order. If processed to dispatch and payment received, a 10% fee may be applied for administration, unpack and restocking. If you receive the goods in a damaged condition then it must be documented on the carriers delivery receipt. Contact us immediately to arrange return and or replacement of your goods. Provide as much detail as possible including pictures where possible.
